153 Townsend offers two types of bicycle storage. The bike cage located at the parking garage level 1 has space available for 40 bikes on a first come, first serve basis at no cost to building employees. Building ownership and Building Management are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. Therefore, it is highly encouraged that employees use their own locks. Bicycles are not allowed to be left overnight and any bikes that appear abandoned (after 72-hours) will be removed and stored on site for 7 business days. After that, if the bike is not claimed it will be disposed of. For the cage access code, please contact building management.

We also offer 12 bike lockers which are located in the parking garage level 1 next to the garage restrooms with 8 additional bike lockers located at the garage lower level. The lockers can be rented for a monthly fee of $10.00.
